Trolley Tour of Chester County

Phoenixville Borough, the West Chester Business Improvement District, Historic Kennett Square, the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) and the American Planning Association Pennsylvania Chapter Southeast Section (APAPASE) are partnering for a trolley tour of several Classic Towns in Chester County. On Friday, September 20, 2013, we’re heading to Phoenixville, West Chester, and Kennett Square

PMPEI Course on Zoning

The PMPEI Course on Zoning addresses the fascinating, complex, provocative and contentious topic of zoning. The course begins with a review of the PA Municipalities Planning Code authority for zoning and presents "nuts and bolts" fundamentals for drafting zoning ordinances and amendments. This intensive course takes place on October 3, 10, and 17 from 6-9
