Program includes Toole Design Group, a firm specializing in multi-modal planning and the prime consultant responsible for preparing the 2012 edition of the AASHTO Guide.  Lunch speaker, Mike Keiser, PennDOT District 8-0, to provide PennDOT’s perspective on bicycle facilities meeting their expectations.  3.5 CM credits available.
