A “Train-the-Trainer” class to prepare new instructors to teach the PA Municipal Planning Education’s “Course in Community Planning” is scheduled for May 2020. Citizen and professional planners, and allied professionals, with a minimum of five years’ experience in planning in Pennsylvania who are committed to planning education are eligible to become PMPEI Certified Instructors. “Train-the-Trainer”
