The Lycoming County Department of Planning and Community Development is seeking a Community & Economic Development Planner to join our team. The Community & Economic Development Planner is responsible for implementing and supporting a wide range of community and economic development initiatives in the county. The Lycoming County Department of Planning and Community Development promotes and encourages sound community development initiatives and policies through the implementation of the County’s Comprehensive Plan. The Planner will facilitate and promote community development, economic development and infrastructure investments, and assist with environmental planning projects through collaboration with state and local officials, community stakeholders, planning partners, and internal project teams.
