Chester County Planners’ Forum for Spring 2018 Professional planners from Chester County are invited to attend the spring 2018 Chester County Planners’ Forum from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. April 17 at the Oakbourne Mansion, a beautiful historic property in Westtown (1014 S. Citizens Planning Institute

Citizens Planning Institute Accepting Applications! Every neighborhood has residents who want to become more involved but aren’t sure how. Citizens Planning Institute (CPI) helps them take that next step. CPI teaches Philadelphians about city planning, zoning and development so they can create positive change in their neighborhoods. Classes are Wednesdays 6-9 p.m. from April 11
