Participate in a comprehensive review of the assessment that take place prior to the acquisition or development of commercial property. Learn how to conduct analysis on various real estate development projects to identify the magnitude of the risk, and based on that assessment, make the decision to move forward or not with the development project. (This course qualifies for 8 CM and 12 CLE Credits)

This two-day course on the redevelopment planning process will provide a broader understanding of the crucial issues, steps and challenges associated with the New Jersey's Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (LRHL). (This course is pending 12 CM and 12 CLE Credits)
