Tri-County Regional Planning Commission Annual Luncheon Keynote Speech

Our guest speakers will be Felicia Dell, AICP, director of the York County (PA) Planning Commission, and Ruth Hocker, stormwater program manager for the City of Lancaster, PA, who will talk about water resource issues in the region, including water quality, flooding, and stormwater management. Their presentations will be followed by Q&A with luncheon attendees.

Planners will learn what others are doing in south-central Pennsylvania to address water quality, flooding and stormwater management, including MS4 issues, pollutant reduction, green infrastructure, and watershed implementation plans. The presentation is scheduled to be an hour in duration with 10-15 minutes of Q&A following.
