1. Describe the Consumer Expenditure Survey (CES) as a tool to measure local economic activity by category
2. Organize CES data in a form that allows local income/rent analysis
3. Use local rent levels as a predictor of income
4. Predict the spending power resulting from one more unit of downtown housing
