Come join your fellow PAEP members to learn about Shippensburg University’s Center for Land Use and Sustainability (CLUS) and hear about some of the exciting projects with which the CLUS is involved. 

Dr. Claire Jantz, Director, Center for Land Use and Sustainability, will provide an overview of the Center and geoenvironmental studies Masters students Joshua Barth, Molly Eck, Collin Littlefield, and Courtney Papinchak will present projects outlined below. 

Joshua Barth-
“Incorporating sea level rise in storm surge inundation mapping for New Jersey and the Delmarva Peninsula”  

Molly Eck, Collin Littlefield, and Courtney Papinchak-
“Analysis of land cover change within historically abandoned and reclaimed mine land surrounding Centralia, Pennsylvania”

There will be no registration fee for the event sponsored by HDR and the PAEP Central Section; however, a head count is needed in advance to provide to the meeting location and to coordinate potential carpooling.   Donations to the PAEP and WTS Scholarship Funds are welcome.
