This presentation is geared towards planners, engineers, municipal officials and other similar service/planning entities. The Solicitors will discuss each case and how they relate to municipalities.

The session will cover:

• What the basis/background was for each case
• Who is impacted by the case
• What was the case outcome, and
• What are the effects of the case outcome on municipalities
