This presentation is geared towards planners, engineers, municipal officials and other similar service/planning entities. The Solicitors will discuss each case and how they relate to municipalities.
The session will cover:
- What the basis/background was for each case
- Who is impacted by the case
- What was the case outcome, and
- What are the effects of the case outcome on municipalities

Presentation will discuss the impacts of Casino’s and in particular the newly announced Mini-Casino to be located in the Reading/Berks County area.
