DCNR Grant Stewardship Responsibilities: Has your community received DCNR grant funding assistance for development and/or acquisition of a park, trail or other outdoor recreation area?  If so, this webinar may be for you.  Participants will learn about DCNR funding sources (historical and present) and the legislative restrictions that DCNR must follow when it comes to resolving “conversion of use” situations.  Participants will also learn what constitutes a conversion, why it has become an issue and the grant stewardship outreach that DCNR is implementing to help past grant recipients potentially avoid them.
