Over 1,000 professionals have completed this intensive four day course, accredited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). Course participants learn theoretical and practical approaches to economic development from professional and experienced faculty drawn from the ranks of business, government, academic institutions, and development organizations. For those seeking national certification, the Economic Development Course is a requirement for the Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) certification.
