Seeking a partner to lead preparation of a collaborative, action-oriented Recreation, Park & Open Space Plan emphasizing public engagement, data-driven strategies, and implementation. For more information. Complete proposals must be received by Friday, May 8, 2026, no later than 4:00PM EST. The County reserves the right to request additional materials to decide which proposal, or components of a proposal, best meets its needs. The County also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to make further modifications if deemed to be in the County’s best interest to do so. Late proposals will not be considered. |
