Voices of the Creative Economy: Why Does Place Matter to Creative Businesses?

DVRPC is hosting an event – Voices of the Creative Economy – Why Does Place Matter to Creative Businesses? – on Wednesday, June 12th at 9:00am.  This event may be eligible for up to 2CM, credits pending approval.

In addition to presentations by Moira Baylson of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy and Larry Eichel, of Pew’s Philadelphia Research Initiative, Michelle Freeman of Flying Kite Media will moderate a panel of creative economy businesses. The panelists include Seun Olubodun, owner of Duke & Winston, a clothing design company in Philadelphia, and Bill Covaleski, President and Brewmaster at Victory Brewing in Downingtown, PA.
