$25.00Interested in becoming a Tree Tender restoring and tending your part of the community forest?
Tree Tenders is a full-day training program that empowers concerned residents to make strides in restoring and caring for their local tree canopy. This training course was developed by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) in collaboration with Penn State Extension, and is based on PHS. The course is designed for lay persons and experts alike.
Since 2004, DCNR TreeVitalize initiative has supported the program, administered by Environment Erie in Erie County.
Join us in Face to face Tree Tender training on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier (LEAF) Environmental Center.

Continuing Education Credits for ISA, SAF, ASLA, and Act 48 will be awarded for each session. This Tree Tenders Training fulfills the requirement for TreeVitalize Grants offered by DCNR Bureau of Forestry.
