Short-Term Rentals, Split – Zoned Parcels, & More!

The goal of the program is to provide a learning opportunity for Southwest PA planners to earn their required 1.5 Law continuing education credits. The two featured speakers are both attorneys that focus on municipal law work. The first presenter will focus on short-term rentals and the options municipalities have to regulate them within the Zoning Ordinance and other codes.  Our second presenter will focus on dealing with parcels that have split-zoning and will review some other general recent planning law topics.
