Speakers from the business, nonprofit, local government, and the Pennsylvania Department of Economic and Community Development will discuss how to create and maintain a successful downtown organization in today’s challenging economic climate.  The discussion will focus on how to create successful and lasting partnerships between different participants to create downtown revitalization.
