Southeast Section Event: How to be an expert witness 1.5 CM Law

This professional development session was designed to allow the planning professionals in our section to obtain an advanced understanding of expert witness testimony process. As professional planners gain experience, they are increasingly required to give testimony as a professional. Often planners have only limited experience in these types of legal proceedings. The purpose of this session is to help planners prepare for expert witness testimony.
