PMPEI Course on Zoning

The PMPEI Course on Zoning addresses the fascinating, complex, provocative and contentious topic of zoning. The course begins with a review of the PA Municipalities Planning Code authority for zoning and presents “nuts and bolts” fundamentals for drafting zoning ordinances and amendments. This intensive course takes place on October 3, 10, and 17 from 6-9 p.m. each night. Attendance at all three sessions is recommended. Cost: $35 for the entire course (3-nights).
