The seemingly insatiable demand for wireless broadband services has prompted substantial innovations in technology over the past decade, which has resulted in new wireless infrastructure to boost both coverage and capacity.  In addition, there have been significant changes in federal and state law governing wireless facilities regulation in the last several years.  This webinar will discuss changes in the technology of wireless facilities, the most significant recent regulatory changes at the federal and state levels; and recommend specific revisions to wireless facilities ordinances to protect municipalities consistent with the law.
