LEGAL ASPECTS OF CODE ENFORCEMENT (6 CEUS)
This seminar will help to ensure that you are enforcing the UCC and related codes in accordance with all applicable PA Codes. Topics will include but are not limited to: enforcement notice wording and delivery requirements, right-of-entry standards, municipal warrants, unsafe structures and situations, and any unique enforcement issues you would like to bring up.
