Governor’s Center for Local Government Services Training Program presents New Tools and Opportunities for Advancing Sound Land Use, for Municipal Officials and Solicitors.  This program has been approved by the Berks County Bar Association for three credit hours of substantive law.

This session will focus on recent court decisions regarding planning, zoning, and other land use issues.  The session will examine the relevant background information on each case, the ruling handed down by the court, and the potential impact on local land use decisions and ordinances.
