New Tools and Opportunities for Advancing Sound Land Use
This session will help local elected officials, certified professional planners and municipal solicitors make sense of the legal issues surrounding land use planning.  A review of nine separate recent land use court decisions will be analyzed and presented along with a panel discussion on the development process above the local level.
