DVRPC Webinar: Food Systems Planning (1.5 CM credits pending)

This webinar will cover Food Systems Planning. It is targeted at local government officials and planners. The introduction will describe what food system planning is, what local governments should consider, and what tools and resources are available. There will also be an overview of the national growth of Food Systems Planning and farmers markets. The third section of the webinar will focus on farmland preservation and agricultural zoning in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including several local case studies. The webinar will conclude with a 15-minute question and answer session.
