All 4 One will focus on the key pillars of planning: equity, ethics, land use law, and sustainability and resiliency. Our experienced presenters will provide valuable information to help planners and others make an impact in their work and in local communities. View brochure…

• The Equity session will center on the impacts of redlining, which continue even though the
  practice was outlawed by the Fair Housing Act. Learn how we can work together towards change.
• In the Law session, recent case law related to planning and zoning will be presented. Additionally, proposed legislation that could impact planning will be discussed.
• The Sustainability & Resiliency session will inform attendees of the PA Climate Act (Act 70) requirements and related programs offered by the Energy Programs Office to assist local governments with climate, energy, and sustainability efforts. A county and municipal perspective on developing and implementing a Local Climate Action Program will also be provided.
• Fresh off a successful off-Broad Street engagement at NPC23 in Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Players will perform an encore presentation of the critically acclaimed Shakespearean Ethics session. Skits will be based on past AICP Ethics Cases of the Year. AICP attendees will earn the four specialized CM Credits in one workshop!
