Amy Evans has over 20 years of experience in human services, criminal justice, and community development. As Diversion & Reentry Administrator for York County Probation Services, she leads initiatives integrating behavioral health, justice, and community wellbeing. Since joining York County in 2006, Amy has advanced criminal justice planning, co-led the York County Reentry Coalition, and championed housing stability, substance use impact
reduction, and access to behavioral health care through collaborative, community-driven solutions that strengthen her community
