Under administrative direction of Township Manager, department head level position plans, organizes, directs, and administers the Township’s activities in planning and zoning, codes compliance (building and property maintenance), recycling and overall implementation of the Comprehensive Plan; supervises department personnel in the performance of job duties and responsibilities; meets with various boards, commissions and committees to present information and recommendations; works with the public and acts as department spokesperson; prepares and implements department budget. Complete and submit grant applications as approved by the Board of Supervisors.
