Delta Development Group, Inc., a thriving consulting firm in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, has an opening for an Associate to join its public funding / economic development team. This position will work collaboratively with our team and clients on implementation of economic development strategies. This position is located at its headquarters in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. As an Associate, you will work collaboratively with Delta’s team, advancing our client’s economic development initiatives, and assisting our client, to secure state and federal project funding. This comprehensive effort will include researching and analyzing funding programs, data for economic development plans, economic impact (benefit cost) analysis, drafting reports, project descriptions, and preparing grant program materials. You will also assist with marketing and business development functions. |

Requirements |

|
The ideal candidate possesses a degree from an accredited college or university with a thorough knowledge of economic development and the workings of the government at the local, state, and federal levels is helpful. Grant writing experience with Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) and Multimodal program applications is beneficial. You must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and have the desire to expand your knowledge base to assist the project team.
