Delta Development Group, Inc., headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is looking for an energetic, self-starter to join our team. Founded in 1988, Delta specializes in community and economic development, with a core focus on economic growth throughout the Commonwealth.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting team members with the preparation and submission of grant applications (local, state, and federal)
• Assisting team members with the preparation of economic impact models and benefit cost analyses
• Assisting team members in developing written reports and executive summaries for various projects
• Attending Client meetings as required
• Assist team members with business development efforts.

Job Requirements
|
|
|
Qualifications include:
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of data collection with strong analytical skills; experience in economic impact modeling and benefit-cost analyses is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge and experience with state and federal funding programs to include, but not be limited to, Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program; PennDOT and CFA Multimodal Program; Pennsylvania’s DCNR funding programs; federal programs to include USDOT, EDA, USDA, ARC. The ideal candidate should possess a degree from an accredited college or university with three to five years of work experience in the field.
