Crawford County Planning is seeking applications from qualified candidates for an American Rescue Plan Project Manager. The American Rescue Plan Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) allocation received by Crawford County. This position will be required to perform discretionary work involving coordination with municipalities, preparation of agreements and contracts, negotiation on behalf of Crawford County with numerous stakeholders, management of financial records, regular presentations on the project status, and preparation of reporting documents for the federal program. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Community Development. Crawford County offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a planning, public policy, accounting, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
