The purpose of this position is to assist the County Planning Director/Planning Department with planning objectives, with an emphasis on the planning, funding and maintenance of County recreation projects. The position also performs the duties of the County Zoning Officer, which enforces zoning for 6 of the 28 municipalities in the County. The work is performed under the direction of the Planning Director. |

Requirements |

|
|
Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public Administration, GIS or related field with three years of zoning and project management experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Valid driver’s license, satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, background check, and demonstration through testing, of high computer skills competence also required. |
