Webinar: Current Perspectives on Inclusionary and Affordable Housing

July 11, 2014 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

The laws associated with inclusionary and affordable housing largely are based on state statutes and cases, but we rely on a couple of leaders to set the pace.  This session will include experts in housing law from New Jersey and California as they discuss what’s happening there – in New Jersey, we’ll discuss the ever-changing condition of the state’s response to Mt. Laurel II, and from California we’ll learn about current statutory initiatives and responses to cases, including the implications of the US Supreme Court’s 2013 Koontz decision.  Finally, we’ll get the perspective from New Hampshire, a state that follows its own path with voluntary inclusionary zoning standards.

Speakers: Kevin Walsh, Chelsea Maclean and Ben Frost – CM Pending – Law Credits!
