When it Rains, It Drains: An Overview of MS4 Stormwater Management
Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) programs are stormwater programs required by the federal Clean Water Act. Municipal separate storm sewer systems collect polluted runoff that would otherwise make its way into local waterways. In Pennsylvania, some municipalities are currently facing stringent water quality regulations to address the MS4 issue. This webinar will discuss the impact of stormwater on our water resources and the effectiveness of a partnership to address the MS4 challenges municipalities are facing.
