2015 APA PA Northeast Section Holiday Meeting & Luncheon

The northeast Section will meet at 11:30 PM for a meeting, followed by the luncheon at Armetta’s Restaurant (Clarks Summit, PA).  A presentation by George Kelly, Director of the Lackawanna County Department of Planning & Economic Development. 

Mr. Kelly will discuss the restructuring of the County Planning Commission and some of the programs the department is pursuing, including Land Bank, Community Reinvestment Grants & Small Business Loan Assistance.

The cost will be $20 per person and the menu will be catered buffet style.  Cookies will be served for dessert.  Please make checks payable to APA PA, Northeast Section.
