Changes are needed to the Bylaws so that the chapter can comply with an election cycle and balloting proscribed American Planning Association (APA). This is an election year, and the Board seeks to approve these Bylaws in the Spring. Please take the time to review Bylaws and provide any comments by March 20. The Bylaws of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association underwent extensive revision in 2012. The voting members approved the revised Bylaws in January 2013.
